Tiger Direct has horrible customer service.

DO NOT buy from Tiger Direct. Or CompUSA, who was bought out by Tiger Direct. They will not honor the warranty as stated. Their employees lie. Our friends bought a computer from them and got a defective motherboard. They did not have that motherboard in stock, so offered a different one as a replacement. They then refunded the ORIGINAL motherboard price, while charging for the new motherboard as an upgrade, rather than a replacement for a defective item. They are willing to lose countless customers yearly over a $76 difference that they are refusing to allow because their employee apparently lied. The employee ALSO said that they had none of the original motherboard in stock… and that they would NOT be getting any more in stock. Today, we were told they have 150 in stock. THEY LIE.

AVOID TIGER DIRECT AT ALL COSTS.
