Chicken: Teriyaki Chicken - Shurleen

Chicken/Fish | 4 -6 Chicken breasts 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce 1/2 Cup Sugar 1 1/2 Tbl Red Wine Vinegar 2 Tsp Vegetable Oil 1 Tsp Garlic 3 /4t Ground Ginger Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
Note: This is great with chicken wings for a potluck. And you can use
regular cuts of chicken as well. We just prefer the chicken breast. *********************** ~~Kathy This
is very close to our teriyaki recipe only we marinate cut up boneless
chicken in it (we like the thighs) 2-3 hours then put on skewers &
grill. Can also be done with steak. |
