Chicken: Teriyaki Chicken - Shurleen

Chicken/Fish
 
4 -6 Chicken breasts
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 1/2 Tbl Red Wine Vinegar
2 Tsp Vegetable Oil
1 Tsp Garlic
3 /4t Ground Ginger


Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.

Note: This is great with chicken wings for a potluck. And you can use regular cuts of chicken as well. We just prefer the chicken breast.

This is very close to our teriyaki recipe only we marinate cut up boneless chicken in it (we like the thighs) 2-3 hours then put on skewers & grill. Can also be done with steak.
