Chicken/Fish | 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts 2 large (family size) cans of cream of chicken soup pepper poultry seasoning or thyme... whatever you like on chicken, or just garlic powder is fine. put
chicken in crock pot, pour soup over chicken add seasonings and stir in
just a bit. let cook on low all day or on high for 5hrs or so... Chicken should just about shred with a fork or you can chop it lightly with a spatula or something... we serve this over rice, pasta or mashed potatoes, broccoli makes a good side veggie, or green beans or whatever you like.
