Chicken/Fish | Chicken that you can cook, even if you "can't cook" chicken. 3 Tbl butter 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves 2 Tsp garlic powder 1 Tsp seasoning salt 1 Tsp onion powder
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken and
sprinkle with garlic powder, seasoning salt and onion powder. Saute
about 10 to 15 minutes on each side, or until chicken is cooked through
and juices run clear. * I doubled this for our family,
and cooked on an electric skillet (don't have a pan large enough). I
then served it with brown rice and garlic bread.
