2 Can black beans
1 Can rotel tomatoes (these have onions and peppers in them)
1 Can chicken broth
one cup mild picante salsa

Okay pour it all in on top for four raw chicken breasts on low for 8 hours. I actually did high for 3hours and then low for 4 hours.

When you get home...Pull chicken out and cut it up if it doesn't fall apart. Crush some chips in the bowl, soup some in and toss a little grated cheddar on top and a spoon of sour cream. SO GOOD! SO EASY! Just had to share!

You could change the chicken for cut up round steak and beef broth. For veggie lovers try veggie broth instead of chicken and toss in more beans and maybe some rice too. why not!?
