Chicken/Fish

cut-up, cooked chicken (about 3-4 breasts worth)
crushed spaghetti noodles, uncooked (the recipe calls for about 7oz. but I just grab a large handful since I never buy a box of noodles that small)
can of cream of chicken soup
can of cream of mushroom soup
16oz. sour cream
1 stick of margarine, melted
salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese

Combine soup, sour cream and margarine. Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese. Place in greased 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350* for 25-30 min.

I have also done this in the crockput and cooked it for about 1.5 hours. (until noodles are cooked and casserole is bubbly)

I have also, in times of desperation, cooked the spaghetti noodles while I mix together everything else and thrown it together and heated in the microwave just to speed things up.
