Chicken/Fish

OAMC stands for Once-A-Month-Cooking

2 Cup cooked, chopped chicken
1 3oz packet cream cheese, softened
1 Tbl chopped chives
2 Tbl milk
salt to taste
1/2 Cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 Pkg refridgerated cresent rolls
1/4 Cup melted margarine


Mix chicken, cream cheese, chives, milk, and salt in bowl. Unroll cresent rolls. Each tube will contain 4 rectangles of dough with a diagonal perforation. Press dough along perefration so the rectangle will not seperate. Place about 1/4 cup of the chicken mixture into center of each rectangle (8 in all.) Fold dough over filling and pinch sides to seal. Dip each packet into the melted margarine and coat with the bread crumbs. Place on baking sheets. Place in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot or cold. YUMMY!!!!!
