Chicken/Fish | OK.. this isn't an exact recipe.. because I don't think I've ever measured it.
I make the chicken gravy by chopping up chicken and cooking in a
skillet... salt and pepper and whatever seasoning sounds good.. usually
dill or sage... sometimes basil. when chicken is cooked I use a shaker
and mix a heaping 1/3 cup scoop of flour into 2 cups milk (because the
shaker only holds 2 cups) then add another cupe of milk to the pan
(total 3 cups milk) season to taste. your favorite rice, noodles, biscuits, slice of bread.. whatever... and heat up a veggie on the side.
I can chop the chicken breasts frozen so I find this a quick meal to
make without advance planning. I'm sure you could use the canned
chicken as well.
