Chicken/Fish | 1 Cup Italian bread crumbs 2 Tbl grated Parmesan Cheese 1 garlic clove minced 1/4 Cup vegetable oil 6 boneles, skinless chicken halves
Combine Garlic & Oil. Combine Bread crumbs & cheese. slice
chicken into strips. Dip strips into oil then into crumb mixture. Place
on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or till golden brown. Dipping sauces (we just used ranch dressing for dipping them in but I'll include the sauces for you anyway. ) Cranberry orange sauce 1/4 C sugar 2 tsp cornstarch 1/2 C fresh or frozen cranberries 1/2 C Orange juice 1/4 C water
Combine sugar & cornstarch in pan. Add cranberries, OJ & water,
bring to boil over med heat stirring constantly. Cook & stir 2-3
minutes more, crushing berries while stirring. Honey Mustard Sauce 2 TB cornstarch 1 C water, divided 1/2 C honey 1/4 C prepared mustard
dissolve cornstarch in 1 TB water in saucepan. Add honey, mustard &
remaining water, bring to boil over med heat. Boil for 1 minute
stirring constantly.
