Breakfast32 oz bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1 pound cooked ham cubed
1 med onion diced
1 1/2 bups shredded cheddar cheese
12 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1. Layer on third each of frozen potatoes, ham, onions and cheese in bottom of slow cooker. Repeat 2 times.
2. Beat together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Pour over mixture in slow cooker.
3. Cover and cook on low 8-9 hours.
4. Serve with oj and fresh fruit
