Breakfast3 Cups Rolled Oats
3 Cups Water
3 Tablespoon Plain Low-Fat Yogurt
3 cups of rolled oats in a bowl with 3 cups of water and 3 tablespoons of plain yogurt. Mix this up, cover and let sit on your counter overnight. The next morning, heat up a small amount of water (maybe 1/2 cup) in a saucepan, add the oatmeal and cook 2-3 minutes, just to heat it through. Then add your raisins or fruit and sweetener. The yogurt helps to break down the oatmeal some so it is nice and creamy!
