Breakfast


we eat this once a week and the kids l-o-v-e it and would like to eat it several times a week

5 Cup of rolled oats (I buy in bulk)
2.5 Cup milk
4 eggs (have our own)
1/2 Cup honey (I usually use 1/2 c brown sugar)
1 Tbl baking powder
1 Tsp cinnamon (usually I forget)
1 Pinch salt (usually forget it too)
1 Tsp vanilla (never use it)
4 Tbl melted butter (I use oil)
1/2 Cup raisins--I have also done a variety of different things like: cinnamon chips, sliced apples and cinnamon with a little butter on bottom of pan, applesauce instead of oil...



Mix together and pour in an ungreased 9X13 baking dish. BAke at 350 for 30 minutes.

Most of my kids pour milk on theirs, some eat it like oatmeal cake. You can serve it with fruit, milk, yougurt, jam, .....
