Oatmeal, Baked - Kelly

Breakfast3 Cup quick oats
1 Cup brown sugar, packed
2 Tsp baking powder
1 Tsp cinnamon
1 Tsp salt
1 Cup milk
1/2 Cup margarine*
2 eggs, beaten
Mix everything and spoon into a greased 9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes(check before that, because I don't think it even took the minimum). Serve warm.
*I used one Parkay 50% less fat margarine stick and it worked.
