Breakfast



6c. apple juice
3c. water

bring to a boil

add 3 c. dry rolled oats
stir
turn off heat and let sit covered for 20-30 min.

Stir in 1/2 large container of fruit-juice sweetened yogurt (my children prefer strawberry or lemon chiffon). If you use vanilla I like to add 1- 2T of cinamon to the boiling juice mix. Blend well and serve.

Dh recently bought some all natural cinnamon applesauce and you can use that in place of yogurt. Usually in the winter I make my own applesauce to add to this.
