Breakfast Apple Cobbler - Heidi NJ

Breakfast8 medium apples, peeled and sliced (I just filled my crock pot)
1/4 cup sugar, (I used a 1/2 cup)
dash of cinnamon (I sprinkled the whole top)
juice of one lemon
1/2 stick of butter (I used whole stick) *melted
2 cups granola
1. Combine ingredients in slow cooker.
2. Cover. Book on low 7-9 hours (while you sleep!!)
We sprinkled some extra granola on top and a dab of whip cream
