Scones: Lemon Blueberry Drop Scones

Bread
( super easy and oh so wonderful)

2 cups flour
1/3 cup sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup( 8 oz) lemon yogurt
1 egg
1/4 cup butter or marg. melted
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries( do not defrost)

Glaze:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel

In large bowl combine first 6 ingredients. In another bowl, combine yogurt, egg, and butter. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in blue berries. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 in apart onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 15-18 mins. or until lightly browned. Combine glaze ings. and drizzle on warm scones.
