Pizza Crust: Homemade Pizza Crust To Freeze

Bread

6 1/4 to 6 3/4 flour
1/4 c honey
2 t salt
1/3 c instant dry milk
2 T dry yeast
2 T veg oil
2 cups very warm water (120* to 130*)
2 t olive oil

In a large bowl mix 4 c flour, honey, salt, milk, and undissolved yeast. Add oil.

Gradually add water and mix well. Stir in enough additional flour to make a stiff dough. Turn out onto lightly floured board; knead until smooth and elastic, about 15 minutes. Cover with a towel; allow to rise until double.

Punch down and divide into desired # of pieces. ( 1 recipe yeilds 4 thick crust or 6 thin crust pizzas).

Preheat oven to 450*

Press or roll 1 piece of dough into a 14 inch round, turning up the edge 1/2" an place on a 14" pizza pan.Brush the dough's surface with Olive oil. (remaining pieces may be rolled out and frozen or frozen whole).

Bake 7 to 9 minutes. Do not allow to brown or will burn when thawed and reheated. Spread sauce and cheese - cover with wax paper

To use - Remove from freezer - preheat oven to 475* and let thaw 20 minutes. Add remaining toppings. Bake 20 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
