Muffins: Whole Wheat Banana Muffins - Rosanne

Bread 2 -3 medium bananas, mashed
2/3 Cup brown sugar
1/3 Cup oil
2 eggs
3/4 Cup all purpose flour
3/4 Cup whole wheat flour
1 Tsp baking powder
1 Tsp baking soda
1/2 Tsp salt
Topping:
2 tbsp white sugar mixed with 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Combine wet ingredients, mix well.
Stir together dry ingredients, then add to wet mixture.
Spoon into muffin pans, and sprinkle topping on.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
