1 Cup barley flour
1 Cup brown rice flour
2 Tsp baking powder
1 ripe banana
1 egg
1/3 Cup pineapple juice concentrate
3/4 Cup water
1 Cup blueberries


Mix dry. Mix wet in separate container. Mix wet into dry
until just mixed. Pour into greased muffin tins and bake
at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes.
