1 Cup barley flour 1 Cup brown rice flour 2 Tsp baking powder 1 ripe banana 1 egg 1/3 Cup pineapple juice concentrate 3/4 Cup water 1 Cup blueberries Mix dry. Mix wet in separate container. Mix wet into dry until just mixed. Pour into greased muffin tins and bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes. Mix dry. Mix wet in separate container. Mix wet into dry until just mixed.
