Bread
This recipe appeared in Above Rubies Magazine No. 54

2 Cup flour
1/2 Cup honey
1/3 Cup oil
2 Tsp Baking Power
1/2 Tsp salt
1 Cup milk (or soy milk)
1 egg

Mix all ingredients together, plus the additions. Keep the mixture very moist and spoon into muffin tins.
Bake 15 minutes at 400 or until cooked.

Here are some ideas:
1 cup raisins
1 cup raisins and 2 tsp ginger powder or 1 Tbs grated root ginger
1 cup chopped apples or apples and raisins combined
1-2 cups fresh or frozen berries, e.g. blueberries, cherries, etc.
1 cup chopped apricots and 1 cup chopped walnuts

Use your imagination.
