3 Cup wheat flour (white wheat seems to work best)
1/2 Cup brown sugar
½ Tsp salt
1 Cup butter (soften)
3/4 Cup butter Crisco
salt for the tops if desired
broth or warm water to wet dough if necessary


Mix together flour, sugar, salt, butter, and Crisco.

Add water to dough if necessary to make it more pliable.

Roll out very thin on a well-greased cookie sheet and cut with pizza cutter.

Sprinkle with salt

Bake

Cool and serve or store in airtight containerif you can before they disappear!
