Bread1 Cup cornmeal
1 Cup white flour
1/2 Cup sugar
1 Tsp cream of tartar
1/2 Tsp baking soda
1/2 Tsp salt
2 Tbl butter, melted partially in the Microwave
1 Cup milk
1 egg
Preheat oven to 400*.
Mix well. Pour into greased 8 or 9 inch square pan. Bake at 400* for 20 minutes.
