Makes 3 loaves:
put 2c. warm water
2 1/2c. of any other flour you want (I use all w/w but have tried many others)
6 tsp. yeast
1/3c.honey
Whisk it and let sit for 15 min until raised.
Add 2c. flour and 1/3c. oil( with optional 1-4 eggs,) and stir well.
Add flour 2 cups at a time until smooth and elastic! divide, put in pans and let rise till doubled. BAKE at 350 for 30-35 min.-thats it! I double this and make 6 loaves or bunches of rolls and 3 loaves. Its very forgiving and substitutions seem to work well as long as you knead it well.My kids love it and it slices great for sandwiches. A friend told me about it.
