enough ground beef for your family
For each pound of ground beef:
1 envelope french onion soup mix
1 Can french onion soup
1 Can cream of mushroom soup
Mix beef with dry french onion mix. Shape into meatballs approx. 1 inch in diameter. Place in glass baking dish. In mixing bowl, combine the two cans of soup. Pour mixture over meatballs. Bake at 425 degrees F for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve over rice, toast, or pasta
