Beef & Pork | 1 3-4 pound rump roast 1 Can of beef broth 1/2 Can of water 1 Pkg italian dressing mix 1 Pkg au jus mix
Just place the roast in the crock pot. Mix the remaining ingredients
over the top and cook on low for 10 hours. Slice the meat, serve on
crusty rolls with the juice from the crock for dipping. I make oven
fries and salad to go with it. (Leftover meat and broth make delicious
beef stroganoff. Just add a can of cream of mushroom soup, a few
dollops of sour cream and serve over hot noodles.)
