Straight out of the More With Less cookbook! (See, I don't make a joke out of EVERYthing!

Preheat oven to 375°.
Brown 1 pound bulk sausage in a skillet, breaking up as you cook it. Drain off fat.
Arrange in a 2 qt. casserole with 2 medium raw sweet potatoes that have been peeled and sliced and 3 medium apples that have been sliced.
Combine in a bowl
2T sucanat,
1T flour,
1/4t ground cinnamon,
1/4t salt and
1/2C water.
Pour over sausage mixture, cover and bake for 50-60 minutes.
