Beef: Filling For Pitas Or Flour Tortillas - Shari

Beef & Pork

1.5 lbs. ground beef
1 sm. yellow onion
1 pkg. fresh mushrooms
1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
1 C. each grated cheddar and jack cheese
Ranch dressing for seasoning (about a 1/4 C.)

Brown ground beef add chopped up onion. Chop up mushrooms (I like them in small bits) and add to ground beef. Thaw spinach and add to ground beef. Cook off extra moisture. Add cheeses to ground beef until melted, then add Ranch dressing.
Stuff into warmed pita pockets or flour tortillas.
