pork chops
1 C rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can of water
seasoning salt
garlic powder

Grease bottom of 9x13 pan. Sprinkle UNCOOKED rice in bottom of pan. Dilute soups with water. Pour over rice. Lay meat on top to cover rice. Sprinkle with seasonings to taste. Cover with foil. Bake at 325 for 2 hours.
Also delicious made with chicken or steaks.

Umm I *think* I used 2 cans of Mushroom soup instead of the chicken soup last time I made it with pork chops & we liked it a bit better
