This is what I made for dinner tonight. It was excellent.

roast( I do not know what kind I used. It was boneless and on sale so I bought it:))( I did 2 roasts for us)
onion cut into slices( i did 2 since I made 2 roasts)
chopped garlic
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pkg beef gravy mix
1 ( i used 2) pkg onion soup mix

Put onion slices and chopped garlic in bottom of crock pot. Put roast on top. Spread cream of soup on top( I split the can since I had to roasts and I did layers). Sprinkle with beef gravy mix( I split it) and onion soup mix. Add water to top of roast. Cook on high about 4-5 hours then low till tender and ready to eat.
