Pork: Citrus Pork Chops

Beef & Pork
lay chops in 9x13 pan.
lay a thick slice of orange or lemon on each one.
Mix ketchup with some brown sugar.
add a dab of water (or oj or lemon juice) to the ketchup mixture (enough to make it "pourable" but not runny).
pour this over the meat.
cover w/ foil and bake at, oh, i don't know! Maybe 375 degrees for about 35-40 minutes.
Very tender and good.
