Beef & Pork
I make them two ways with pie crust or thinly rolled biscuit dough.

Usually I take some beef and potatoes, carrots, cabbage (holds moisture well), onion with a light gravy (need to add a little thickener but not much.. cook the filling on the stove top.. then fill and bake at the temp for the crust until light brown. I find them good hot or cold :)

I don't have an exact recipe though.
