Beef: Stroganoff - Lynn

Beef & Pork
1 lb. stew beef (or round steak cut up) I boil it first with a little garlic, worchestershire sauce, and dash or garden seasoning use as little water as you can I add the juice left to the sauce
1/2 lb. mushrooms sauteed (optional)

remove meat from pan
mix meat juice with
1 - 26 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
simmer 5 min.

In a large bowl or pan add cooked wide egg noodles, sauce, meat, mushrooms, and 1 pint sour cream. Mix well and serve warm.
