| for tacos, burritos or enchaladas. Take a beef roast and a jar of whatever heat level of salsa you like. (I prefer mild) Pour salsa on top of roast and cook it in the slow cooker over night on low or high for all day cooking. It will start to fall apart. Shred it with two forks and use it for any mexican recipe. Spoon out bits of salsa and drippings and mix it into the shredded meat to keep it moist and flavorful. Great flavor. You can do this with pork roast or chicken too. |
