Beef: Meatloaf Cordon Bleu - Nicole OR

Beef & Pork
1 egg
1 8oz can tomato sauce
salt, pepper, garlic powder & onion powder - to taste
1 Cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 Cup crushed saltine crackers
(recipie actually called for 2 c. soft bread crumbs)
ground beef, I think it was about 2.5-3 pounds, I use sliced ham (used lunchmeat ham)
sliced cheese ( called for swiss, I used cheddar, plan to use mozzeralla )
1 4oz can sliced mushrooms (forgot to use)

Mix together egg, seasonings, crumbs/crackers, & beef. Pat out into a rectangle on waxed paper. Cover with layer of ham, then layer of cheese, then mushrooms. Roll up & place in pan. (I used 9x13 pan)
Bake at 350 for 1 1/4 hours
