Beef & Pork | 1 Can Cream of Mushroom soup 1 Lb ground beef 1 egg, slightly beaten 2 Tbl chopped parsley dash pepper 1/4 Cup chopped onion (optional) 1/4 Cup fine, dry bread crumbs 1/4 Tsp salt 2 Cup mashed potatoes 1/4 Cup shredded mild cheese 2 Slice cooked, crumbled bacon (if desired)
Mix thoroughly, 1/2 C soup, beef, onion, egg, bread crumbs, parsley,
salt and pepper. Press firmly into 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350
degrees for 25 minutes. Spoon off fat. Frost with potatoes. Spread
remaining soup on top of potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese and garnish
with bacon. Bake for 10 minutes or more until done. |
