Beef & Pork | yum and must serve with cornbread
Fry your hamburger meat in a cast iron skillet (ideal but can use any
skillet if need be) and then pour grease and all into a
stockpot.....add water,chopped taters,and veggies of choice making sure
to add in more tomatoes than anything! Add plenty of salt and pepper to
season. Boil till the taters and veggies are softened. I always serve this with cornbread but you can substitute with your own personal fave :) btw, ( I added in about a half cup to 3/4 of freshly ground whole wheat with the cornmeal to make the bread healthier)
