Appetizers | ~~Laurie pineapple-frozen pineapple and milk, blend -fresh pineapple, ice cubes and milk, blend my sunday smoothies-frozen banana's, frozen strawberries, 2Tbslp frozen oj concentrate, fill blender with water, blend or add yogurt cup and blend or add milk and blend or soy milk or use other berries besides strawberries ********************** ~~Lori B our regular smoothie consists of- can of coconut milk can of water bout 2 cups of any fruit(our favorite is blueberry/raspberry) 2 bananas (sweetener-I dont like it without them) some papaya concentrate or pineapple juice some kind of healthy additive in a small amount-green powder,coc oil,wheat germ, sometimes all :) we use frozen fruit so we dont have to add ice but if you use reg fruit add ice (of course) :) this make a to-the-brim smoothie |
